AVI-SPL Triples UK Operational Capacity with New Farnborough Facility to Support Growing Enterprise Project Demand

AVI-SPL has expanded its UK operations with the opening of a new facility in Farnborough that triples the company’s operational capacity and strengthens its ability to support complex workplace transformation and enterprise technology projects across the UK. 

As organisations modernise workplaces, upgrade collaboration environments and deploy technology across multiple locations, they increasingly need partners that can deliver with consistency, quality and efficiency at scale. The new Farnborough facility expands AVI-SPL’s ability to prepare, test and validate solutions before they reach the customer site, helping reduce deployment risk and improve project outcomes. 

The facility provides approximately three times the capacity of AVI-SPL’s previous premises, with expanded warehouse, logistics and quality control capabilities. Dedicated areas for witness testing, rack build, pre-staging and commissioning allow teams to complete more integration and validation work off site before deployment. 

This expanded capability helps customers reduce on-site complexity, improve installation efficiency and accelerate deployment timelines while maintaining AVI-SPL’s quality standards. 

AVI-SPL officially marked the opening with an event attended by employees, partners and local dignitaries, including the Mayor of Rushmoor, Councillor Peter Cullum and Tom Bircham, Economic Development Officer at Rushmoor Borough Council. The event recognised the investment in AVI-SPL’s UK operations and the teams responsible for bringing the new facility to life. 

The expansion comes as AVI-SPL continues to grow its UK business and support a strong pipeline of workplace projects, including office relocations, workplace modernisation programmes, collaboration technology deployments and large-scale fit-out initiatives.

Designed to support enterprise-scale deployments, the facility also strengthens collaboration with consultants, general contractors and technology partners involved in the delivery of modern workplace environments.  
 
New collaboration and demonstration spaces give customers the opportunity to work directly with AVI-SPL teams, experience workplace technologies and explore solutions before deployment. 

The new facility will serve as a key operational hub for AVI-SPL’s UK business, increasing the company’s capacity to deliver high-quality workplace technology experiences as customer requirements continue to grow in scale and complexity. 

The investment reflects AVI-SPL’s continued commitment to operational excellence and customer success, with the processes, infrastructure and expertise needed to deliver predictable outcomes for organisations undertaking workplace transformation projects across the UK.
