AVI-SPL RMIT Case Study: 2019 Results

support staff monitoring collaboration technology

Updated RMIT University Symphony case study includes 2019 results

We revisited our RMIT University case study and included 2019 results of using AVI-SPL Symphony. This user experience management application monitors and manages the school’s collaboration technology in more than 1,000 rooms across 100 buildings.

RMIT quickly saw positive results of installing Symphony. After a power outage, the application helped staff get devices back online quickly before students and staff were affected.

During 2019, Symphony also helped the school:

  • Save 750 tech hours
  • Auto-detect 580 faults
  • Proactively resolve 761 critical tickets
